Breakfast Banana Smoothie

What you need:
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
1 container (8 oz) nonfat plain yogurt
1-1/2 c skim milk
1 tsp toasted wheat germ
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg

What you do:
In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt, milk, and wheat germ. Blend until smooth. Pour mixture into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. Serve immediately.
